so today, since it's May 1st, decided to start... again. But this time, I actually got up early and went for a walk-jog for 15 minutes. Could feel all the jiggling going on! Only 15 minutes but it was 15 minutes more exercise than yesterday! Would like to go to the beach today too and look for beach glass. Walking on the sand burns calories too!

Thank you LadyAng... one foot in front of the other, right? I have to drive a ways to the beach but I do feel lucky for having one close by!
