241.2 - 246.4 Scale still wacky. I had a skin procedure that cause a lot of swelling in my neck and upper arms. The swelling is finally starting to go down, but is still very much there. I've been back on strict keto, less than 20 carb, and cals @1200 for the month of April. This is my jam.! I feel really good about this.
