限醣飲食真的有用好開心😁😁😁😁😁😁😀😁本來今天早餐跟午餐因為課程跟時間問題只隔五分鍾,結果吃到感覺全身腫脹,原本以為會肥死的結果又瘦0.4😱😱😱😱
100.5 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
