After 1 week of the following:
35g oats, banana, whey
70g Turkey, veg x 3 meals
125g Quark
120g Salmon, veg
4 Egg Whites, broccoli

Then de-carb.
122.4 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week
