zenwolf's Journal, 26 June 2012

I haven't logged food for quite a few days now, so time to get back on track. I have been so busy since Friday after work. We were working on building our deck and tackling numerous chores around here all weekend. Also we were out playin' on the lake in the boat! Had a fantastic Sunday cruisin to all the beaches, went for a nice swim and had nacho's and beers at the beach bar! Suffered a bit of a sunburn on my back but it is feeling better now. Our temperatures have been in the mid twenties to 30's all week (mid 80-90 F). No work for me until July 10th so enjoying my time off for sure and looking forward to the July long weekend - always a great buzz going on around the beach community you can't help but relax and have a great time!
One neighbour is having a huge party with live bands so will probably check it out for sure and then watch the fireworks show after.

That sounds GREAT! It's been cold here in seattle and granit falls, wa (50-72F). Besides that, it hasn't rained too much and my diet has been effective. Looking forward to starting another round.

It has been great being off work for sure and the weekend is supposed to be gorgeous and HOT out, I just can't wait! With this weather comes the storms. We had one hell of a storm on Tuesday with large hail the size of ping pong balls, and unfortunately, my car got quite a bit of damage to it - dented all over the roof and hood! On the positive side, we did not get a toronado and I got some cool pictures of mammatus clouds that I have never seen like this in the sky in my whole life! Also none of our house or car windows got broken which was good and nothing else was damaged!
