I have gained weight and feel horrible. Im going to have to work super hard to get to my beach goal in time for vacation. I'm very disappointed in myself but with the support of loved ones, I'm getting back on track. I did have a health set back but I used that as a crutch instead of working around it. Don't give up.
152.2 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
