📌低碳Day129~66.9(-13)
哎呀。。出現了,卡重快一個月
終於😂希望可以穩定66了
昨天晚餐吃很少終於掉了
嚴格有效喔!明明是因為不餓哈哈
中午吃豬腳,菜只有兩樣
有吃到蒸蛋(口感應該沒事)
晚餐吃夜市雙拼牛排加蛋呵
忘了跟他說不要淋醬
當然就沒菜,回家補一盤菜
燙青江菜拌鵝油辣椒(超辣)
我還是愛我自己的麻辣醬
147.5 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
