I have NO IDEA how I’m lower this morning. I had a chicken leg from Bojangles last night and just the sodium alone should have had me bloated. Still remained under my calorie deficit but I’m just shocked. But happy!!
147.7 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 17.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
