back to 247...again! Seems like whenever I get into the 240s I mess it all up. This time I'm sticking to it and getting out of the 240s. I think my problem has been instead of giving myself credit for the weight I've already lost I get into that hopeless feeling of how much I have left to go. This time around I feel pretty good.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
