Doing Low carbs since 16 June 2012. Started at around 241lbs. Decided to do Atkins however, can't stay on the 20 carbs. Attempting to stay under 50 grams a day. So far Im down about 10lbs (231) in 1.5 weeks. Todays date is 24 June 2012.
