THIS WEEK WAS MUCH BETTER THAN THE OTHERS, BUT I HAVE A GAIN ON THE SCALE, BUT NOT TO WORRY AS LONG AS I KNOW I'VE BEEN EATING CLEAN THE ENTIRE WEEK, THUMBS UP
226.6 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
