📌低碳Day124~67.2(-12.7) MC第6天。。應該沒了 這次血塊很少 感覺真的有慢慢清乾淨 昨天4點多就結束晚餐 真的比較早吃比較好 瘦很快😊開心 今天約8點可以吃第一餐 但忙準備咖啡上課11點多才吃 好餓😆
