I got on a bike for the first time in years yesterday. I rode for 20 mins before the hard as nails seat did it's best to destroy my ass. The workout wasn't the problem. I need to develop biker buns. Even now, I can feel the damage done. I've got a friend who is cycling daily. He's in far better shape than I am. After the ride, he and his girlfriend offered a chicken cookout and beer. I declined of course and drank down the Green Monster I had stored in the fridge.
Today is the pool party cookout. Summer really sucks as a time to diet. Everywhere you turn there are temptations. Luckily there is nothing that will make me bend. I'm making progress. All the whoppers and tasty as hell McGriddles cannot stop me. What chance has a simple pool party cookout?
Going to Super King this morning to restock. Might grab some mushrooms for grilling so I don't look silly while everyone is noshing on hotdogs and burgers.

LOL - I agree with the hard as nails bike seats! You gotta buy a pair of those padded bike shorts! Good job riding, and good luck with your food choices.
