tried hard not to eat after 6, didn't succeed, tried not to have a soda, didn't succeed but I am succeeding at exercising today...that's huge.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
