Yesterday. Breakfast biscuit w/ buttet & jelly. Lunch Chic-Fila 12 piece nuggets meal, large waffle fries & reg coke (2 1/2 glasses). Dinner Chinese Buffet & sweet tea. No snacks.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
