my daily intake recommend is 2800 cals and I can't even make 1500cals isn't it funny I used to eat 3500 no problem before I went on this restriction
164.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What is that restriction? Calorie restriction or carb restriction?

Calorie I went down to 500-1200 cals a day now I'm trying to go back up to 2800cals a day and can't make it past 1500 in "decent food"

It's an interesting problem to have. Difficult for me to imagine.
