Some days our bodies just hold on to water! I have helped out at a slimming club for ten years by weighing and recording the progress of the members and know that a maintain is disappointing but shows a loss the following week!

nothing worse! all the hard work too. this is a dieters nightmare..but ...its not a gain and you may loose more next week. stick in and still big praise for doing what your doing. ❤
