Wow! So yesterday 20 carbs total-5 fiber=15 carbs net. With total cal almost 1200. Will do this for at least 3 more days then may adjust either carbs or cals.///off target today but close

239.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
