Boo hiss! I know exactly what I did yesterday....I was doing fine on plan and then at 10 p.m., I grabbed some roasted peanuts and half a sour apple Twizzler. Now, I knew that this was going to show up on the scales...and it did! Today I did much better. Can't wait to see what the scales will say. I even did a little exercise. I am determined to break this plateau that I've been on since December. It is SO frustrating!!!!! I need to keep this determination going remembering the goal....size 10! Size 8 would be even better, but I'll take a 10 for now!!!!
