Dammmit. Lol. My own fault. Too much salt and WAY below my water intake. Woke up bloated this morning. Thankfully, bloat is temporary!!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
