I gained a pound! how does this happen? i've kept my ratios good, kept my fat and protien and calories up, and my net carbs. gotta keep trucking. the only thing i can hope for is that it's muscle.

Could it be your TOM? Are you properly hydrated? There are so many reasons why this happens from time to time. Also, this is common when our bodies begin to adjust to your new way of eating. If this is the case it'll be gone in no time.

my TOM is next week. which i thought may be the cause but i'm not "feeling bloated" yet. i am drinking at least 4-5 bottles of 24 oz of water. 3 cups of coffee a day, usually. i even got a wendys' burger (just meat of course) just trying to get my fat and calories up. i started this in march and lost like 7 pounds the first two weeks and have been stuck since. thanks!
