I've been bouncing around 290 so I must have hit my first threshold. This is where I usually waver in the weight loss game. I feel confident I'll continue to lose. My body is just doing it's best to reverse the situation. Now I start to lose the real fat. I feel better and sleep better. There is no king of burgers or mac of donalds that can tempt me at this point. I will become a veggie fanatic. This lifestyle will be changed!
