29- 33.6(-0.2)。22.5。5。每次放假回老家自己煮吃很夠油,而且吃很多,可是一定會降。但平常外食,就掉比較慢少。好想可以天天自己煮哦。今天出差,只能吃對方提供的便當,挑著吃。等晚餐再好好吃。
