I really did badly last night...Fazoli's! I was in a hurry to feed the kids, and I got one of the worst choices I could get. I gained a pound back. I'll try to do much better today.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
