Still on the scale at 177. Been working out harder and am not stopping. I have goals and determined to reach them. I joined Orange Theory (2x a week), yoga (2x a week) and have the fitbit with a goal of 10,000 steps a day. I am working on it! Not sure if something in my body has changed or what but can't seem to drop a pound. Going to measure myself tonight and record my body once a week instead. I am done with the scale :)
