121.0 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.5 lb a week

Went to the gym tonight and did a 10 minute warm up on the treadmill, my weights circuit (I increased some of the weights) then finished with 15 minutes cardio on the treadmill.
