So I’m not big on doing my own journal entries, but I said I was gonna try to do better at it...I think they’ll be helpful & in a sense I think it’ll make me more accountable. I’ve been doing pretty good with staying on track with Keto & exercising regularly, so I wanna keep it going & not backtrack. Of course, I’ve had my occasional bumps, but instead of going “to hell with it” I just start over the next day & get back on track, which is very unlike me...so yay progress lol! This is the first time I’ve seen the green bar by my name since I’ve joined!! So I’m super excited about that...but I always find the closer you get to your goal the tougher it gets, especially when you’re impatient like me!! So, hopefully with the help of y’all & my own self motivation, I can keep this up! By the way...y’all have helped me so much, such a positive group of people!! Thanks so much y’all!
146.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay that is soooo great to hear! Journaling food is a really annoying but extremely helpful way to monitor what you eat indeed. I hope you are able to remember what an amazing person you are and carry your success all the way to the end! WAY TO GO!
