I'm starting back after bronchitis - ugh. Today is my cheat day but it was my weigh in day so I jumped on the scale. Being sick did help me break the 290 number so that was good. Though it wasn't fun being sick. Appetite is finally coming back. I just have to watch that so I don't over do it. So steak tonight, no gym for the next two days and start back on Wed full throttle.
