Lunch 1 slice of bread, hot dog, shredded cheese, & mustard which has pickle relish in it. Drank carbonated water w/lemon juice. Dinner Texas Road House (Heather paid w/Boys, Dad & I there). I had Road Kill chopped steak w/mushrooms, onions, & white cheese), sweet potato, & dinner salad (cheese, eggs & croutons). At Fly Lady meeting reg Pepsi. Night snack watermelon.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
