Morning everyone, I’m happy with the lost this week esp as around Monday I was struggling for energy .. this week
1 .. keeping my water intake at 2l
2.. still no baileys
3 .. 6 times at the gym
4.. need to increase my calories slightly so I’m less tired and more energy... I hope ??

184.3 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
