我個人測試是油脂要吃的夠,蛋白質不能過量,才会比较有效,也不會有飢餓感。在油脂夠的前提下,總熱量還是要稍微留意一下。
138.0 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
