Day 1 went well. I didn't feel hungry but didn't get all my cals in either. I'm paying closer attention to that today. No obnoxious 'I must eat a pound of pasta' cravings either. lol The only gripe is that I didn't like the ricotta cream at all. Ick. Going to try another recipe tonight. ;)
