Feel pretty good, been very busy with work and hobbies (I make plant-scapes to sell at a local flea market) But over all happy with progress slow but steady and not feeling deprived is the key... My Husband says I do not know what you can and cant eat and my response is I can eat anything, just depends on calorie usage for the day, I sometimes prefer to eat more low calorie to bulk up and then will eat a craving in a portion control to stay focused on health...
