I've been eating healthy but too much. The gain is not surprising, just slightly deflating. Staying the course. Also I slept so heavily last night I found it very difficult to wake up this morning. Haven't felt like that since I was a teenager. I'm pretty sure that's due to no alcohol.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
