Okay, so I was totally off last week...eating very poorly (fast food, pizza, candy, pop, no working out) but I am getting back on track now that we're home again. Not really following a plan, probably closest to a phase 3 SB. We're moving, again, so I'll commit to a plan again once we get settled back in Texas. But I am NOT going to eat crappy while we're in transition. I am in control of the choices I make!! It'll suck not going to the gym for awhile. I have a pilates DVD. Any suggestions for a good cardio...maybe a kickbox or dancing type program? I really like some good music...yesterday we had a cardio kick/circuit class to Tone Loc Funky Cold Medina, lol! Shows my age! Keeps you going in a class that's rockin out to "I like big butts!"
