I have to say it is frustrating watching the scale. I have started to really work out about 4 times a week, and I can see my clothes are baggier and my muscles tighter, but the scale is working slowly. Everyone tells me muscle weights more than fat, but it is still hard. I should just not weigh in and go by how I look!!! But I am very happy with the results so far....and I feel great!
