Two days ago I was happily walking along the proverbial road of diet success. Quite satisfied with my new progress, until, I slipped in some 7 Layer Dip and tostitos, and "BAM" almost got taken out by a Pizza sub Truck.

I always find it so amazing how I can be doing so well and feel so infallible but get taken down by the oddest things.

My win was going to orangetheory on my day off and at night no less. I also went for "beers" with the boys and had an amber o'douls and a virgin caeser, halibut and dinner veg (instead of wing wednesday) I now feel almost completely absolved of all sins and am ready to get it right today.

Portion control is the name of the game today. As I have left overs that are high in calorie count but am not going to be wasteful.

Checking both ways across the street today...
125.8 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
