I have no idea why I’m almost always “.7” down, but I’ll take it! I’ve added light cardio on my Gazelle the last two days before bedtime and have seen losses every morning. I’m limited with exercise due to neurological conditions but the Gazelle is an amazing work out with zero impact on joints. I had one many years ago and am so happy to have one again. Highly recommend!! I’m sooooo close to my first goal of the 40s!! Yay!!
151.3 lb Lost so far: 8.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What is a Gazelle?

It’s an exercise machine that glides and has no impact on the joints at all. Google “Tony Little Gazelle”. It’s the best I’ve ever used. This is my second one. They are fun to use and you can do lots of little exercises on them to build lean muscle and tone up. Better cardio than a treadmill ❤️
