I have to lower my carb intake to around 75 per day. Got to get in 140 oz of water. Need to stay close to my 122 grams of protein. 35% of my calories from fat. Good fats. I need to lose 18 pounds in 30 days. I am going to cut carbs and add exercise and water to see what I can do.
