Hey CLynn! Try making your breakfast, lunch & dinner the day before. Put everything you are going to eat for the day in a bag. This may help you by giving you a "food budget". Everything in the bag is yours to eat throughout the day as you please but might make you think twice about eating everything in one shot because by putting everything in the bag you realize what you have left for the day. So you'll be maintaining your calories because they are predetermined the day before and you don't have to worry about what you are going to eat while on the go with school etc.
