2 bad days in a row! I'm having an issue with controlling my appetite! I don't know what to do! it's not just night but that's the worst. try again tomorrow. Nan
204.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It’s ok don’t worry. This is completely normal. I actually made a post relating to this sort of thing which may help. Check my March 13th journal entry, could offer some insight with appetite control in your diet if you’re feeling hungry often.
