Feeling good today... all that working out yesterday and sticking to my eating plan really worked. My immediate goal is to break the 95kg. mark and then I'm going to push it like crazy. When I passed 95kg. and nearly reached 100kg., that nearly killed me. I mean, I felt broken.

Anyway, Dr. Shapiro called yesterday (finally)... I'd been trying to reach him for sooo long. I want to ask him about my new meds and their side-effects. Clearly these don't affect my weight, but still. I really don't like taking so many pills... especially when I'm so young and have sooo many years ahead of me.

Note to self: remember to eat today (it's a looong day of running around and much needs to be done).
210.5 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week

Yey, glad you're feeling good today! Keep it up! I like to eat a tablespoon of Peanut Butter before I go running.
