I started getting more serious last month and began cutting breakfast from Cereal and 2% milk to granola bars and orange juice and walking every night. i also bought some Sprite Zero and drink it with meals. i am still hooked on Tea but am trying harder to avoid the Sweet Tea, which is easier since most places let it go rancid anyway...i am also eating my favorite salad at Wendy's at least twice a week now instead of once a week. (Full size apple pecan chicken.)
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
