21。8 pm秤重。健身。今天不是一早起床秤,只是这两天吃很多油脂,怕明天体重數字会死的很難看,所以先秤一下心理準備,体脂就不紀錄了。晚餐和中午一樣(椰香青菜、煎伊比利豬五花排、煎蛋、德式香腸)
140.2 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
