I broke my R-Ankle in 7 places.
I had lost 30lbs right before it happened.
After being forced to sit for two years due to complication. I am having to start My Weight Loss Journey Again.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
