Tough food weekend. hosted a card game and there were leftovers. But 2 rounds of walking golf course while carrying my clubs helped balance the extras for now. Today's awareness will get me back to the correct level of food consumption.
217.7 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
