Don't get discouraged. Just look into your diet and log regularly. Ensure that every grain you eat is logged. Soon you'll see a pattern, which you can improve upon. Oh and do ensure that you check servings accurately because the site has American servings and our calculations might not be correct. So it is best to err on the side of caution.
