I definately could not have gained any weight, it must be water retention. I can feel my fingers are a bit swollen, so I'm not too worried. Kangmei is really working! It's great to finaly find something that's natural and that actually works!
177.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
