20。昨天沒吃蛋,蛋白質可能不夠,今早好餓。体重雖掉,但体脂越來越高,已經35,😭😭,咋回事,到底油脂是吃不夠??还是吃太多??🧐🧐。生酮前輩們可以教教我嗎,感激不盡。今明放假回家,終於可以自己煮好吃的肥滋滋減肥餐。

一開始是體質會升的 因為你還沒有酮體 所以還沒開始幫你代謝 我不知道我本來多少體質 但之前量44%😰嚇死我了 到現在我也不知道體質多少 但三酸肝油脂降了160 膽固醇才多60.標表示膽固醇不多 但我吃超多肉。 前期第一個月是適應期 對很多事比較不熟會很慌, 感覺自己一直再找食物, 這就是適應期 等到你學會怎麼吃了, 不再為了找食物煩惱, 不再隨時感到飢餓 表示你正常吃對了,量吃對了, 酮體出現了^^恭喜你就入酮了😊
