The exciting part of today’s journal entry is that yesterday I put away an entire 18-gallon tote full of clothes from my closet that are TOO BIG for me now! And I’m also working on filling a second tote too!

I got out my next-size-down totes so they would be all ready to go as I keep sliding down the scale. I feel grateful that I have a variety of clothing in various sizes due to the ups and downs of life’s journey.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
